- Address of the property
- Purchase price and Loan amount
- Estimated Closing Date
- Person’s name (so we can find it for you later)
To get an even lower quote, we can use their birthdate and/or ss#.
If we do, and a credit check is done, it is a “soft hit” that DOES NOT show up on their credit report.
We won’t contact the buyer, until you tell us it is ok to do so.
